- For units Bt1 million and below - not more than 70% or appraisal or market value
- Units more than Bt1 million - not more than 80% of appraisal and market value .
- Borrowers can borrow no more than 40 times monthly salary and 15 times other income. Self-employed can borrow no more than 40 times monthly income.
